Fishing Charters
SWORDFISH is currently operating out of Darwin, focusing on pristine and remote fishing grounds along the west coast of the NT down towards the Kimberley border.
Itineraries incorporating the Tiwi Islands, north of Darwin and areas further east of Darwin can also be arranged (tides, time allowed and weather conditions pending).
Bookings for the Gove area can be negotiated.
All areas offer first class offshore, estuary and river fishing.
February to early May is primarily barra fishing, May to mid December offers barra and pelagic fishing.
We require a minimum of six and allow a maximum of eight persons on each
trip. Female anglers are welcome and well catered for.
Allow eight days for a seven day booking as we offer a boarding day free of charge. Groups can be made up from this end if you are by yourself or if there are only two or three in your group. Travelling between areas is done overnight, where possible, so your fishing time is not disturbed.
Note: Five day bookings access fishing areas closer to Darwin and do not provide for "remote area" fishing in its entirety. To experience remote area fishing at its best we recommend seven to ten day bookings to allow time to get you away to pristine wilderness fishing areas "away from the crowds".
